01 Are these savings for real?
Yes. The savings are measured against actual invoices, independently verified, and continue to hold months later. The reason they can be significant is simple: waste is a major blind spot across the industry. Our case studies show the results we have delivered with real clients.
02 Do we have to switch waste providers?
No. We are independent of your waste provider, so you can keep your existing contract unless there is a clear reason to change. Brokers make money by switching you. Our model works by improving your current arrangement and only recommend a tender if the numbers support it.
03 Do you build custom technology for clients?
Yes. Alongside our existing technology stack, we design and build custom waste solutions for clients, including hardware, AI models and dashboards. Everything is engineered in-house in South Melbourne and can be NDA-protected where needed.
04 How quickly do we see results?
The first four weeks are focused on baselining. We do not change anything until we understand what "normal" looks like. Invoice validation and early savings typically appear from weeks 4 to 10, with most full engagements showing headline reductions inside 8 weeks.
05 Who owns the data and the hardware?
You own your data end to end. Our technology is built and maintained in-house in South Melbourne, deployed on your sites, and can continue via subscription or outright purchase if you ever move away from the program.
06 What kinds of sites do you work with?
