Steve leads the Wasted division at Shrunk and has never been afraid to get his hands dirty, sometimes literally. After leading Property Services & Capital Works at Crown Sydney, he brings an operator’s eye to waste, ESG and complex precincts. He knows real improvement does not come from another glossy report; it comes from understanding the site, challenging the numbers, aligning the players and doing the hard work until the outcome changes. Known for never tipping his beloved Blues, clients can at least count on Steve to go above and beyond for them.

Lina turns sustainability from a good idea into something people actually do. Across 15+ years in innovation, engineering, business management and supply chain, she has built a rare ability to connect the dots: people, systems, opportunities and outcomes. At Wasted, she brings together the tech, circular-economy thinking and stakeholder momentum that help change last beyond the first meeting. The only dots Lina has yet to connect are the ones between where she left her phone, her wallet and wherever she is currently standing.

Scotty has spent 25+ years turning sustainability problems into practical operational fixes. A lifelong innovator and former National Sustainability Lead at Colonial First State, he is the brain behind much of Shrunk’s waste technology, the person who asks, “what if we measured that?” and then builds the gear to prove it. Scotty may occasionally seem like an NPC from a more advanced planet, but the inventions are very real: beautiful, practical tools that work on site and that people actually want to use.

Nick brings 15+ years across waste and resource recovery, with deep contractor-side experience across pricing, operations, audits, scopes and organics rollouts. He knows how waste systems really work: the trucks, the contracts, the service gaps and the tiny details that make or break a result. You will never meet someone more passionate about waste or the Adelaide Crows. He knows almost everything about bins, streams and contractors, and almost nothing about road directions.

Tom brings mechanical-engineering discipline, sharp analysis and hands-on delivery experience from seven years at Crown Resorts in property and building optimisation. He is the person who can take messy site data, find the pattern, and turn it into something the team can actually act on. Just as rigorous with data as he is with the office AFL tipping comp, Tom has a dangerous habit of being right and an even more suspicious record of being ridiculously lucky at the meat-tray raffle.

Chew-tests every deliverable before it ships, if it doesn't survive his quality-assurance bite, the client never sees it. Runs morale audits in belly rubs, enforces a strict 3 pm cheese tax, and is paid exclusively in verified snackings.
