Privacy, in plain English.

// The short version

We collect your details only when you give them to us through a form on this site. We use them to respond to you, we keep them in our lead log, and we run two analytics tools to understand how the site is used. We never sell your data. Email us any time and we’ll delete what we hold.

// What we collect

This site has a handful of forms, booking a waste review, downloading a product brochure or research report, and the Score My Waste scorecard. Depending on the form, you may give us:

• Your name, company or organisation, work email and phone number
• Your role, and which product or report you were interested in
• Anything you write in the message box
• Your scorecard answers and the score they produce, if you complete the survey

That’s it. We don’t ask for anything we don’t need to get back to you.

// Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to our team and stored in our lead log (run on Netlify Forms, the platform that hosts this site). We use your details to respond to your enquiry, send you the thing you asked for, and follow up about your waste. Nothing else.

// Analytics cookies

We use two analytics tools, and both may set cookies in your browser:

• Google Analytics 4, anonymous page-view and event counts, so we know which pages are useful.
• Microsoft Clarity, heatmaps and session recordings, so we can see where the site is confusing and fix it.

Neither is used for advertising, and we don’t combine analytics data with your form details. If you’d rather not be counted, both tools respect common browser privacy settings and ad-blockers, the site works exactly the same with them blocked.

// What we don’t do

We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information. We don’t add you to mailing lists you didn’t ask for. We don’t share your details with waste providers or anyone else outside Shrunk, except the service providers named above that store data on our behalf.

// Your choices

Want to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email getshrunk@shrunk.ai and we’ll sort it out, usually within a few business days. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
